At Eagleminds Technologies Private Limited ("Jobs7"), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is warranted. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Generally, fees paid for the following are non-refundable:

  • Job Postings that have already gone live.
  • Database access subscriptions once accessed.
  • Verified Candidate credits once utilized.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Technical Error: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Service Undelivered: If you purchased a premium feature (e.g., Featured Job) and it was not applied to your account due to a system error.

4. Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@jobs7.in within 7 days of the transaction. Please include your transaction ID, registered phone number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
